Crop your icon to 100x100 (you can sharpen it if you want to). Add a screen layer if needed.
Create a saturation layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation/Lightness) and set the saturation to +18 
Add a selective color layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color)
Reds : -100 0 +100 0
Yellows : -100 0 +100 0
Add another selective color layer
Reds : -13 0 +27 0
Yellows : +100 0 -85 +4
Neutrals : +29 0 -11 -18
Add a saturation layer
Saturation : +14
Set this layer to soft light 100%
Create another selective color layer
Neutrals : +20 0 -1 0
Voila ! Enjoy !
